ENTERPRISE TAX PLATFORM

Over the course of 6 years I led a talented multi-disciplinary team of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Specialists, and Developers. Our team worked as a shared service supporting over 40 feature teams with the goal of creating an enterprise tax platform to redefine how tax operates. I designed the following artifacts during this project.

CONSISTENCY AT SCALE

In order to support a new enterprise platform and 400+ developers, consistency is key. Prior to the creation of our enterprise design system, we quickly created a UI guide to provide guidance to our dev teams in the short-term.

ENTERPRISE DESIGN SYSTEM

Over time, the UI Guide evolved in to a custom-built enterprise design system utilized by our 40+ feature teams, as well as many external teams integrating with the platform. I assisted in leading a newly formed design system dev team, defining the design system interface and content requirements, and reconciling UI components and content from multiple design systems.

EVOLUTION OVER TIME

The desktop-specific experience gradually expanded, becoming a multi-platform, multi-modal offering focused on engaging users within their workflow.
