A global shipping company isn’t typically what comes to mind when thinking about high quality design and delightful user experiences. This company was looking for inspirational thinking in terms of the look and feel of their internal cartage product and wanted to break the mold of their past. During this engagement, I provided bespoke product design for a new internal cartage platform and guidance for creating and managing a design system to provide greater consistency across their internal products.
